Who is entitled to withdraw

The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers, i.e. natural persons purchasing for purposes outside their professional activity. Customers purchasing with a VAT number in the course of their business (B2B) have no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code.

The 14-day period

For distance contracts the consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons (art. 52 Italian Consumer Code), starting from the conclusion of the contract for digital content.

Exception for digital content (important)

The courses are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Under art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded once performance has begun if: (a) you have expressly requested immediate performance (i.e. access to the course) before the 14 days expire; and (b) you have acknowledged that, by doing so, you lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout we ask you to give this consent by ticking the relevant box. If you give it and obtain immediate access to the course, you can no longer withdraw. Since access is activated immediately, this consent is required to complete the purchase.

How to withdraw (when applicable)

If you are entitled to withdraw (performance not yet begun), you can do so within 14 days by an explicit statement sent to info@ai-audit.it, indicating your order. You may use the model form below (not mandatory).

Effects of withdrawal

In case of a valid withdrawal we refund the amount paid without undue delay and in any case within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase; access to the course is revoked.
