We work on responsible AI adoption: using it transparently is part of our standard. Here we explain where and how we use artificial-intelligence tools, and how we ensure human supervision and responsibility.
Blog articles
Some blog articles are drafted with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and reviewed by a human editor before publication: a person checks their content and sources and takes editorial responsibility. Each affected article carries a dedicated note under the title.
Course materials
Some Academy course materials (texts, slides, quizzes) are produced with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and verified by our training team. Grading of open assignments, where applicable, may use a language model that proposes an assessment, always confirmed by a person.
Sofia voice assistant
Sofia is an AI-based voice assistant (not a human). The conversation is processed in real time by the provider Retell AI; data handling is described in the privacy notice.
Images and synthetic content
When we publish images or other AI-generated content, we label them as such. The technical (machine-readable) marking of synthetic outputs is the responsibility of the providers of the respective tools.
Human supervision and responsibility
AI helps us produce faster, not decide for us. Content intended for the public and for students is subject to human supervision and review, which takes responsibility for it. Specific regulatory data (dates, articles, deadlines) is checked by a competent person.
