1. Seller

The seller is Andrea Lorini (Ai-Audit.it), VAT no. IT10678020966, based at Via Cherubini 6, 20145 Milan, Italy, email info@ai-audit.it (the “Seller”). The Academy is the training brand scuola-ai.com, powered by Ai-Audit.it.

2. Subject

These terms govern the distance sale of digital-format training courses (text content, slides, downloadable materials and quizzes) delivered online through the Academy's members area. The courses are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Some course materials (texts, slides, quizzes) may be produced with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools, under human supervision and editorial review. See our AI-use notice.

3. How to purchase

To purchase you must create a student account and complete payment for the chosen course through the checkout. The order is concluded when you receive confirmation that access has been activated. By purchasing you declare that you have the legal capacity to contract.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euro. For consumers, the price shown includes VAT (standard rate 22%). Business customers with a VAT number may enter their tax details during checkout to receive an invoice. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of the order applies.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the provider Stripe using the methods shown at checkout (card and similar). The Seller does not store full card details. Access to the course is activated after payment is confirmed.

6. Invoice

An electronic invoice is issued for each purchase through the Italian Interchange System (SdI). The required tax data (tax code, and where applicable VAT number, SDI recipient code or certified email) is collected at checkout. For consumers without a recipient code, the invoice is delivered to their tax drawer (Cassetto Fiscale).

7. Delivery and access

After payment, access to the course is activated immediately in the student area. Unless otherwise stated on the course page, access to the materials is granted for personal use for an indefinite period, subject to the continued operation of the service. An internet connection and an up-to-date browser are required.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. As these are digital content supplied without a tangible medium, if you request immediate performance (access to the course) during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right lapses once performance has begun (art. 59(o)). 9. Refunds

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, if a course is not accessible due to causes attributable to the Seller and the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time, you may request a refund by writing to info@ai-audit.it. A refund, where due, is made using the same payment method used for the purchase and entails revocation of access.

10. Certificates

For courses that provide one, passing the final quiz issues a certificate of completion, publicly verifiable via a code. The certificate attests completion of the course and does not constitute a qualification or certification recognised by third parties unless expressly stated.

11. User obligations

Access to the courses is personal. You may not share credentials, resell access, or reproduce, distribute or make the course materials available to third parties beyond personal use.

12. Intellectual property

All course content (text, slides, materials, quizzes, trademarks) is owned by the Seller or the respective owners and is protected by law. The purchase grants a personal-use licence and transfers no intellectual-property rights.

13. Limitation of liability

The training content is for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for the user's use of the content. Nothing in these terms limits consumers' mandatory statutory rights.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is also available. For non-consumer customers, the courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes

The Seller may update these terms; the version in force at the time of the order applies. The last-updated date is shown below.
